INCIDENT REPORTING & COMPLAINTS

Reporting Information

Our parish recognises the serious and lifelong impact that abuse has on survivors and their families. We also acknowledge the past failures of the Catholic Church to protect, listen to, and respond fairly to those who were harmed. Our parish is committed to supporting survivors and working towards healing and justice.

If a child or young person is in immediate danger, please call the Police on 000 right away.

Who is a Child at risk?

If you are worried that a child or young person may be experiencing abuse or misconduct, you can contact the Police on 000 and the Safeguarding Co-ordinator of the Diocese (0438 951 010). Reaching out helps make sure the child is supported and safe.
